Addressing the link between work culture, job satisfaction, and performance in local government, this quantitative study analyzed 38 employees at the Batuan Village Office in Bali using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Results indicate that organizational culture significantly drives performance both directly and indirectly by enhancing job satisfaction, which serves as a crucial mediator. To overcome challenges such as low morale and insufficient incentives, the findings suggest the office must prioritize cultural reinforcement and satisfaction-boosting strategies, such as performance-based rewards. Future research is encouraged to examine additional influencing factors, such as leadership styles and individual competencies, to verify these findings across broader public institutions.
